LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Since 2019, we’ve worked on every side of the industrial and commercial flooring industry – manufacturing, installation, distribution, and contractor jobsite training – giving us a level of hands-on expertise few flooring companies can match.
Our journey began right out of college, working for a large multinational manufacturer and installer of resinous flooring systems. Since then, we’ve completed projects throughout Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
PRESIDENT
Ryan brings more than 20 years of specialized experience in industrial flooring. He began his career in 1999 as a Field Engineer at Stonhard, later managing large-scale semiconductor flooring projects in China. Ryan went on to co-found Ryno Tools Supply Co., which was acquired by Jon-Don in 2010, where he spent 12 years growing the concrete division and developing contractor training programs.
VICE PRESIDENT
Andrew brings 20+ years of industrial flooring experience. He later led high-profile containment and chemical-resistant coating projects before co-founding Ryno Tools Supply Co. At Concrete Slab Techs, he leads operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and successful project execution on every job.
