No. We strongly encourage facilities to reach out proactively. Early testing and maintenance are far less costly than emergency repairs or full replacement.

Resinous flooring involves applying a coating such as epoxy or polyurethane over the concrete substrate, offering chemical resistance and design flexibility. Polished concrete uses a mechanical grinding process on the existing slab itself, creating a durable, low-maintenance surface without an applied coating.
It depends on your industry, traffic levels, chemical exposure, and aesthetic goals. Our team evaluates your facility’s specific needs during a consultation and testing process before recommending a system.
Timelines vary based on the size of the space, the system selected, and existing slab conditions. We’ll provide a detailed project timeline as part of your consultation.

Excess moisture in a concrete slab can cause warping, buckling, and adhesive failure in new flooring. Testing ensures your slab is ready before installation begins, protecting your investment.
We use Relative Humidity Probe Testing, Anhydrous Calcium Chloride (MVER) Testing, and Concrete Surface pH Testing to fully assess slab conditions.
If testing reveals elevated moisture levels, we design a moisture mitigation system tailored to your slab before moving forward with flooring installation.

Not necessarily. Many cracked or uneven slabs can be restored through repair and self-leveling overlay rather than full replacement. We assess the damage and recommend the most cost-effective solution.
Maintenance recommendations vary by flooring type. We’ll provide care guidelines specific to your installed system to help you maximize its lifespan.
